The Wisconsin Association of Dairy Plant Field Representatives is possible through the company sponsorships and industry partnerships. Every year, sponsors are able to participate at various levels and receive recognition during the two annual conferences the association hosts.
New Sponsorships The sponsorships listed below are new to this year, and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Meal – Various Prices (Your company pays for the meal)
• Company recognition in the conference program
• Your company announced during the program as the sponsor of the meal
• Your banner displayed
• Logo included on table tents
Scholarships – Minimum of $500
• Name included in scholarship promotion
• Your company may determine the scholarship application requirements/essay question, and review applicants to select a winner
• A company representative may present the check along with the Association President at the February/Winter Conference
• A press release would be sent on sponsors behalf to industry media for additional recognition.
• Receive recognition on WADPFR Website Scholarship webpage.
Session Speakers – Paid by Sponsor
• If your company wishes to select the session speaker, the WADPFR board must approve the speaker and topic first, and then the arrangements (speaker fee, travel, etc) are the sponsor’s responsibility.
• Your company logo displayed prior to session beginning. Recognition as the session sponsor.
• As the sponsor, your company will be given first opportunity to introduce the speaker and provide a brief 1-minute description of your company/services.
• Deadline for speaker name and information: Winter Conference November 1, Fall Conference June 1.
Website
• Recognition as the website sponsor on the WADPFR homepage
• Company Ad on the website
• Recognition at each conference
Door Prizes – Minimum of $100
• Recognition at conference
• Company Ad on the website
Gold Level Sponsorship – $500
• Company logo placed on website with link to your company’s webpage
• Company logo displayed as sponsor at beginning of each conference session
• Materials you provide placed on tables for all attendees
• Table space at both conferences to display company information
Silver Level Sponsorship – $250
• Company logo placed on website with link to your company’s webpage
• Company logo displayed as sponsor at beginning of each conference session
• Table space at one conference to display company information
Bronze Level Sponsorship – $150
• Name recognition on our website
• Name recognition at each conference
